  • Periodized nutrition/diet plans for competition week (this can occur over several days and varies based on client need)

  • Nutrient manipulations to facilitate controlled weight losses or gains in bodyweight (individual specific)

  • Rehydration and refeed strategy

  • Competiton day nutrition plan

  • Ongoing communication with myself throughout the process

  • Daily bodyweight check-ins
